Flexible packaging machinery, matched as one line

Film blowing, printing, laminating, slitting, bag making and recycling from one factory. We check the width, tension and process window of every machine in the line against each other before you buy, and we run your resin on the machine before it ships.

Why buyers choose us

What matters is whether the machine still holds tolerance in year three, and whether anyone answers when it stops. These six things decide that.

  • One supplier for the whole line

Film blowing, printing, laminating, slitting, bag making and recycling are matched for width, tension and process window, so you are not left coordinating several suppliers when output drops.

  • Components you can check

Drives and controls from Siemens, Schneider, Omron and ABB; bearings from SKF and NSK. The component list is attached to the contract.

  • 72-hour test run before shipment

Every machine runs on your resin and your product specification, with output, gauge and seal strength recorded and handed over with the machine.

  • Machining and assembly in house

Gantry machining centres, CNC lathes and laser cutting are on site, so frames and key parts are made under our own schedule and tolerance control.

  • Phased delivery

On a complete line, machines ship as they are finished so you can start producing on the first units while the rest is being built.

  • Service where the machines run

Foshan-based service team: on site within 24 hours in Guangdong, within 48 hours in China's main packaging regions, with remote diagnosis in between.

Where our machines run

Industries differ in film gauge, seal strength, registration and hygiene requirements, so the process window is set to the industry, not to a catalogue.

Food packaging

Laminating base film, retort and vacuum pouches, stand-up pouches and snack film.

Home care and personal care

Detergent film, tube sheet, label film and stand-up pouch substrates.

Agriculture

Mulch film, greenhouse film, fresh produce bags and agrochemical packaging.

E-commerce and logistics

Courier bags, bubble film, stretch film and protective packaging.

Industrial protective film

Surface protection film, release film and film liners for electronics and building materials.

Medical and hygiene

Sterile barrier packaging, protective equipment packaging and cleanroom flexible packaging.

Developed in house

Four technologies we developed ourselves: multi-layer co-extrusion composite die heads, internal bubble cooling, horizontal upward haul-off and vertical upward haul-off. They are the reason our machines can be configured differently — and why we can commit to gauge evenness.

Multi-layer co-extrusion die head

Several extruders feed one die head and the layers are combined inside it, with controllable layer thickness distribution. This is the part that makes independent inner, middle and outer layer dosing possible.

Used on: Three-layer / ABA lines

Internal bubble cooling

Controlled cooling air is fed inside the bubble, which cools the film faster and shortens the cooling length, raising output for the same tower height and improving gauge evenness.

Used on: Optional on high-output lines

Horizontal upward haul-off

The haul-off is arranged horizontally and rotates with the bubble, cancelling film sway. Suited to wider, higher-output blown film lines.

Used on: Wide, high-output machines

Vertical upward haul-off

A vertical haul-off takes less floor space and groups the maintenance points together, which suits lines with limited space and medium film width.

Used on: Space-constrained lines

Machines are exported to the United States, Canada, Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries. Our engineers attend overseas technical conferences on a regular schedule to bring new processes back into development and keep shortening our product update cycle.

From enquiry to production

Five steps, each with something you can check: a proposal, a sample, test data, an acceptance run and a training record.

  1. Requirements

Product structure, resin, width, daily output, existing machines and site constraints.

  2. Proposal and quotation

Configuration list, output calculation, layout suggestion and delivery schedule, with component sources named.

  3. Sample and trial run

The machine runs your resin and specification; you receive samples and test data before committing.

  4. Build and factory acceptance

Machines are built to the agreed schedule and run continuously before shipment; you are welcome to attend acceptance.

  5. Delivery and handover

Phased shipment, on-site commissioning, operator training, then warranty and long-term support.

Not sure which machine fits?

Send the film width or pouch type, resin, daily output and site constraints. We come back with a configuration list, output calculation and indicative price, and we can run a sample on your resin before you commit.
